It's a DLL along with a series of info files that, upon deletion, make your game files unusable. They give you a message stating that you should not do so and that you should be supporting their site or something like that. That's it.

You can bypass it but it's a hassle not worth the trouble. I would much rather get my rips from somewhere that doesn't have DRM.
