Kirby movie happens, Kirby beats whoever the main antagonist is, explosion opens a hole in the universe, and Master Hand comes out.
Super Mario Galaxy movie happens, the universe is reset like in the ending, but Master Hand is there.
Legend of Zelda movie, some kind of Ganon shenanigans cause that to happen.
