It's probably better than 3 Complete. Complete is nice for people who have already played the game 100 times but it doesn't really add much to the experience unless you know what you are looking for.
It's about on par with Taxman ports, except those had some neat stuff like additional debug mode items being programmed in, and new areas like Hidden Palace

To be fair, thanks to the decision to put it on two carts, Sonic 3K is one of the only Sonic games that barely has any unused content. They truly crammed everything they wanted into the game. The only pre-release stuff is things like Flying Battery being between Carnival Night and Ice Cap.

It's literally Sonic 3 in widescreen plus some. It's kind of amazing, it even retains small quirks that only an autist who played it 100 times as a kid would notice.
It doesn't have everything from Complete but it has everything that matters. The only thing I miss are the cutscenes when you start a new Knuckles game, and the cutscene between S3 and S&K.

When the fuck is Taxman 1 and 2 getting pc ports, I am tired of using my phone for these fucking games. They are the only two games I have ever played on my phone, let alone keep installed.

I still want a real Taxman Sonic 3. I know most people want the Taxman ports to come to PC anyway, but I honestly love having Sonic 1 2 and CD on my phone. The controls are simple enough that the touch screen is not a barrier, and it's fun to practice speed run routes while I'm riding the bus or something.

Just download Bluestacks and emulate the Android versions, it's basically the same thing.
