i made the mistake of starting with the best one in the series
>try playing the other ones
>man this just makes me want to play 3
>play 3
>man i already played this
what do i do?
I made the mistake of starting with the best one in the series
Play 5
>i made the mistake of starting with the best one in the series
You didn't start with 5 though
i played 5, but its not as good as 3 cause i dont like nero and v as much as dante, so its like %80 shit game
So fucking tired of Itsuno and his dumb fucking cuhrayzeefag cult. Fuck capcom for ever making DMC2 in the first place.
git gud
He's right, 3 is better than 5.
5 is literally the best one
>80% shit
Lmao
nero in 5 is better than dante in 3
3 is indeed better than 5. I think it was a bit of a fluke.
style switcher + weapon switcher
there you go, 3 is fresh again
DMC1 is my favorite I think but DMC3 strikes a good balance. If you want your DMC with more action-adventure elements DMC1 is where it's at, if you want your DMC with as much combat variety as possible DMC5 is where it's at. DMC3 sits in the middle of those two. The only DMC I think DMC5 made redundant is DMC4, but even DMC4 still has a few merits beyond merely being a different game.
Too many characters in the series now all trying to have their spotlight hurts consistency. They need to fuck off with the character swapping mid-campaign and have seperates instead.
What's the deal with the belt on his chest? Is that something somebody has actually worn?
divergence mode soon
coop bloody palace too
you'll get your consistent characters
thats so wrong though, theyre totally different you cant even compare them
Its his holster isnt it
3 lady > every other slut trash lady
He isn't though, because Dante have 5 unique weapons and different styles.
Nero has one weapon and some stupid fake hands.
Maybe in the opposite universe
Oh no. I'm retarded. That's obvious
I don't mean consistency in the characters, I mean in the overall lackluster campaign and it's terrible excuse for level design. They don't even try on that front anymore. Probably know most of the fanbase won't care since they can apparently have endless entertainment with themselves just wanking around in the void.
5 > 3
Yeah the level design is a big problem for me
Looked open in the trailer with the rooftops and then you realize it's DMC4 "hook here" all over again, absolute trash design choice
but out of all the things to possibly go wrong
I don't mind if the levels take the hit
Well I care. I want campaigns specifically like the first DMC in that they're short, 2-3 hours per character and encourage complete mastery over it.
I think they didn't have enough talent in the team, probably time too.
The creator said he was focusing on the way these 3 main characters would work, and the gameplay was obviously also in focus,
he needed a right hand man to focus on the level design, obviously didn't have that
