The thing is, Jax's is actually funny, and it has a good composition. He just simply gets big and stomps on them. It has a clear set goal and it does it well. But Cetrion's is dumb. She puts rocks around them, putting them in a grip, then she stomps on the rock, destroying the rock to pieces... but the opponent is still alive...hmm, okay. Then she gets bigger than a planet and shoots a laser? But the laser only kills one person...? It just doesn't really flow right. The first half of the fatality doesn't compliment the second half. For that fatality, she should simply get huge, then shoot a laser at the enemy destroying them and the entire stage or planet. The fuck is the point of getting that big to only kill one person? Notice how Jax only grows big enough to stomp on one person.

Just because a dev answers to a complaint, doesn't mean they did it in a way that satisfies the people that were complaining. Them simply doing something they had planned that goes 'solves' this complaint doesn't automatically pardon them. Characters like this are boring and she's really not a good fit for MK's theme. Let's also not forget they had lootboxes in Shadow of war which were only patched out after the lawmaker controversy scaring them, implementing one of the first season passes ever in MK9, and cutting catwomans campaign in Arkham city in used copies. I'm waiting for a battle pass in the next Shadow of Mordhor game to complete the cycle.
