The Persimmon seems far to vague and out of the way. A lot of people won't notice their significance. The other book cover does look nice, but it's a sort of mainstream movie kind of cover. If you want the sort of foreshadowing effect a lot of people are going for, you'd want a good picture of a centipede. At least, that's what I would do.

You play through the whole castle, beat what you think is the final boss, before learning youre only halfway done. You then play through the same entire castle, but upside down.
