This is Rinkah, she has muscles but doesn't know how to use them for damage but she has good defense just be sure to give her a seraph robe and if she gets damaged she deals more damage so don't heal her completely, she uses clubs/axes that deal good damage and do more crits and once she gets her death blow skill and a killer axe you will do crits daily, so don't be mean to her because at least she isn't hana or setsuna

The best thing about Rinkah and what gives her a decent niche is being the only axe user until you get Scarlet, being tanky is welcome though.
With that said, Birthright is one of the easiest Fire Emblems so just use whoever you want.
