PC. I'm pretty sure a 6tf GPU on PC is around 200$.
Total control over your games is worth the money if you care about videogames.
Wait for Stadia
xbox, the x version runs actual games in 4k 60fps with ultra settings compared to pc, only buy a pc if you don't have one
I have a PC lined up that'll be about $1200 and will outperform consoles handily.
1660 ti
i5 9600K
16GB DDR4 RAM
550W PSU
500GB SSD
Some MSI MOBO for $150
Then take your pick of cases. I got a $100 sound reducing case that I like a lot.
My current PC I've owned for about four years and I'm only just starting to feel like I might want to upgrade, and only so I can use some superfluous features while maintaining 60FPS.
The thing with PCs is you lose nothing as you upgrade. You gain better fidelity and performance in older games and can play newer games which look and perform far better than their console counterparts. It's more, and whether it's worth it is up to you, but I don't see myself ever moving back to consoles outside of Nintendo stuff eventually.
next gen is being revealed in june and you wanna buy current gen now?
Xbone X is forward compat. Xbox killed gens. Think of them like new iphones. They still work old or new but then slowly the older ones just dont work as good n people upgrade when ready
Do consolefags really believe this?
Source?
Buy a ps4 you can play exclusives and multiplats with good enough graphics
digitalfoundry
Should you buy a 300$ paperweight with fewer exclusives than the virtual boy or buy a console that let's you play some of the greatest games such as spiderman, gow, horizon, p5, bloodborne, and tetris effect?
Actually...
>but it can run last-gen games at 4k 60 fps!
ok but how many current gen games run like that?
don't buy anything now. wait until the next console generation comes out, then wait for a new generation of GPUs that will be better than what consoles use.
>best version of multiplats on a console
gold medal in the special olympics
