It's alright. Lame that Shao Kahn is a pre-order character. There is no way I'm going to pre-order a NRS game for PC.
A lot of fighting games have 30 fps character select screens. The game runs at 60 fps.

There's Noob in it so I'm OK. Still, I would like more cute girls in it, the only cute girl in the game is Cassie, all the other ones are uggos, and she don't seem like my type of character gameplay wise.

The game is 60fps, but it changes to 30 during crushing blows, fatalities, and in the menus. They said it will be like this on Nintendo Switch too, but I doubt it.

Is MK a decent entry level fighting game? I haven't played a fighter since the SNES days, and I'd like to get back into it. MK catches my interest simply because I like gratuitous gore.

Not really sure what that has to do with it. Its honestly a double slap to have the real Shang Tsung back but its DLC cause they want more money. NRS has become increasingly money hungry. They put shitters on the main roster like Cetrion/Jacqui/etc. that no one would really pay money for, but relegate fan favorites like Shang to DLC.

I love MK but yeah it's getting a little ridiculous at this point.

Garbage. All characters from MKX should be scrapped and the new ones for 11 should also be scrapped. Absolute shit tier design.

Based. MK9 was the beginning of something special then they fucking threw it all down the drain with MKX.

Better a character who was in the last game being DLC then a character who wasn't. They also got the actor from the movie so they have spent a lot of time on this character and its pretty cool for the fans. So basically people will get charged for him cause they want more money. He will be done before the game even comes out, fighting games don't create new character from scratch and in just 3 weeks.

I honestly like the MK11 roster desu. I just miss no Reptile, I really wanted Rain, and the fact that there's only 3 male ninjas is a joke.

Basically. MK10 should have been everyone from 9 + more of the characters who got left out and a couple of new characters. Usually games go like this with the roster growing with each game until they do a soft reboot and take it back to the basic characters.

Nah man I know it's just I see similar comments thrown around all the time in regards to Frost and it never makes any sense, why should we be limited to only one Cryomancer when the game has had characters sharing abilities all throughout the series? to answer you properly there's no doubt she'll be different enough if they're smart they'll have her be a lot faster than Zero but utilizing a lot of trap techniques with her ice instead of brute force like Zero does.
