I don't know how bad the gacha is in this game but there are plenty of games (like LLSIF) where you don't need to buy stuff unless you really tryhard at it.

The PvE is stupid easy outside the really high level stuff (so you can go through the story bits quick) but the real core of the game is PvP and that shit is P2W as FUCK after a certain rank.

Sakura Wars got away with putting a guy in a takarazuka troupe because it was the 90s and took place in an alternate world and it wasn't the main focus of the game, but Revue is literally about how the takarazuka system is pretty fucked up (tho it can't go too far with it's critique since it's still just a multimedia franchise) and a male self insert doesn't really work in that.

It's 2 years behind, and unlike every other server that opened after JP it has zero plans to speed up and reach content parity. Even basic quality of life updates don't get added in advance. It gets way less freebies than other servers too, and makes players jump through retarded hoops like 30k likes on Facebook for one roll. The translations aren't great either. If you're going to play that shitty game in the first place, NA is the last server you should choose.

When China's servants got censored they got 100 of the premium currency given out as compensation, NA got nothing and no mention of it being done. This was also after they explicitly promised the game wouldn't be censored unless they were forced by an outside party to do it.
They also just had the April Fools' event where NA got neither the special app nor the quartz JP had. I don't know if other servers did that though.
