If PW and Joe were anything like their MvC counterparts, I would greatly enjoy them. I know Banjo's unlikely, but I feel like his potential moveset would be very fitting for Smash.
2nd tiers are characters whom I think their potential movesets could be interesting, or the character themselves are unique enough to stand out.
3rd tiers are characters I can't really picture a moveset for some, but think that there might be something interesting that can be done with them based on the concept of the character.
The rest of them fall into a few categories for me.

>character would likely be just another Ryu, one that is just a hand to hand fighter with a projectile
