No that's Project Gilded. It's Koh Kojima's pet project and the (spiritual) successor to Xenoblade X. Takahashi and Xeno team are working on Xenoblade 3(?), and Monolith's new team will work on Zelda 2020.

Monolith has had job listings for 2 different games since the end of last year. One is Zelda, the other is the game that this concept art is for.

I'm not claiming to be an insider. I'm just giving my opinion on recent news of Monolith Soft working on a Zelda game. Also, diagnosis of the other piece of concept art clearly shows a Hylian Crest on the pillars in the background if you zoom in. no, it's just the fact that people are blatantly misinterpreting art because of small pieces of information we have about a private company. I don't think this art is Zelda, we only have like 2 pieces of art of this mysterious game and they look nothing like Zelda(believe it or not, you can have a blonde female and it doesn't have to be Zelda), but people are going to jump the gun because hype cycles and rushed speculation has completely ruined any sort of mystery and genuine speculation.

they've listed multiple projects on their site's recruitment page in the past though, trying to assume what the projects are is completely impossible, especially since the concept art in OP was from an OLD recruitment page and people somehow can't fathom the idea of a studio working on multiple projects...
