People who got the all skills achievement: did you go through NG+ or just farmed in the first NG?

It'd be hell to get on NG. I'm on NG+2 and just straight farming would be terrible even there, where I get like 400 xp per senpou monk. I do farm money which results in a lot of exp occasionally though, it's great at the beginning of Senpou by pulling all the monks then getting up high up, loading up a Divine Abduction then jumping down to unleash it on them. It instakills them for some reason.
