It’s one of like, two games that justifies spending over $1000 to build a computer for gaming. Everything else on PC is either indieshit or a broken port from consoles. It’s not bad, but it’s definitely overhyped by redditors.

I liked this game,but i feel like there's no impact in the players attack.When Geralt swings his sword it feels like he's swinging a piece of cardboard.

It was great my first playthrough of base game and dlcs but can't bring myself to play it again. It does take a while to get into for sure.

It’s one of those games that we’re going to look back on years from now and realize that it was totally overrated because of the visuals and new technology. A bit like Half Life 2. Both good games, but nowhere near deserving of the hype.

Yea. I was never able to play them. I tried all 3 many times. I love every single thing about the game except the combat. :\

Is there any way to fix the combat? From the general feel of to the 'sorry this enemy is a level higher than you so you need to hit it for 8 minutes' dynamic i couldn't enjoy it. Hopefully there are mods that fix these issues.

it's pretty boring. i've played Fallout New Vegas ten times. i couldn't finish witcher 3 wild hunt once. stupid sexy elf women. stupid bard. stupid godling. stupid pseudo-medieval dumdums.

not OP but I had a hard time with this game. i got 60 hours in and was chasing that stupid missing dandy bard around the map, beating up random monsters and just gave up. whatever story is there is not being properly told.

oh and Kingdom Come: Deliverance is 100x better

It's alright but the main story is way too short and the middle part of it is very repetitive. And fuck having to use witcher sense.

It's my least favorite of the series, ya'know I'm trying to think of ways to defend it but yeah, the base game ain't great. Blood and wine is nice though.

It isn't 100+ hours long unless you do the side quests and witcher contracts, which is basically the same fucking mission over and over again.
A good visual novel takes longer to finish than Witcher 3.
