I'll explain to you since you are an idiot. You take this neat device called a mouse, it allows you to move the pointer on the screen and select things. It's miraculous I know. What you do next is open the Steam Desktop Application. It's this amazing program that opens up a direct link to the Steam Store Page. Now click where it says All News. This shows you all the new releases and features coming to the store. You should see the Ace Attorney news, it won't even load another page. It's amazing, what a wonder of human innovation.

I already own and played through them with the 3DS versions. I think I'm good. I don't think even Capcom expects the PC version, or really any version of Ace Attorney 1-3 to sell that great considering how long they've been around.
