I was going to bring this up the other day. RE2 to CVX is consistent given the leap in rendering technology, and I guess Revelations 2 lines up with this design as well. But between Darkside, Degeneration, and now the RE2 REmake she has the most redesigns in the series.
You could argue Chris has a similar amount of redesigns but his character design from REmake up through 6 is very consistent. Even 7 isn't that far off once you get used to it.
