It came out last year. You mean in English? Of course not. I doubt Death Mark sold well enough to justify it, and I think NG didn't pull the kind of numbers they were hoping after the switch to a school age protagonist.

As for endings, it has a bunch. DM only had a normal and a good ending, NG has normal and good endings with variations on your partner, and a bad ending in which the MC from the first game shows up.

A good ending pretty obviously implies that, yeah. Pretty much everyone lives, these games are not drama fests, which is why I like them.
