Back then, you'd get a new fighting game entry and it would be the hottest thing ever because you knew you were going to put an insane amount of time into it and be rewarded. Nowadays, if the fucking skin isn't realistic enough you can go fuck yourself and even if you're not a spoiled brat there's nothing to unlock so your incentive to play alone is shot after the first couple of days. i tried that, learned the frame data of my character and tried using pokes and 1,2 jabs to chip away there health, but the moment they use some shit i've never seen before, i panic and try to go in for a juggle and get crushed after my opponent side step'd or something. Also i can't react fast enough to throw break.
Basically i don't think medium/high level gameplay is for me, but i enjoy the game regardless

Ganryu and Zafina are the only two I'd really bet money on. They're not popular characters but they have unique styles so they're solid choices.
I could maybe see Bruce coming back or maybe not. He's still pretty different from Josie so it's possible. 50/50 chance I'd say.
And even though it's unlikely I'd love if they bring Kunimitsu back. Making her a completely unique character in TTT2 instead of her just being a shitty Yoshi clone and then just never using her again after that seems like such a waste.

Tekken 7 is super fun. No idea why I hated the very idea of Tekken until I actually sat down and gave this one a try. I think I'll always prefer 2D fighters but for me Tekken is a good change of pace every now and again.

I really doubt we'll get that as an update, maybe they'll make it better in the next Tekken.
We might get more hairstyles though if they make more customization options which would be nice, all the custom haircuts look bad compared to character default ones.
