People like to RP and like with Arma 3 RP servers are some of the most fun since it's always varied and doesn't get stale fast like most "fixed" AAA crap like Overwatch.

Thankfully there's always a limit to how much you can RP. It's very difficult to be too strict on roleplay in those games because most people are roleplaying on them for some basic fun. Unlike space station 13, where the SJW crowd moved in and wanted to make it a workplace simulator while also implementing more arcadey mechanics and relying on less mechanics of the game to enforce the world. Shit got so boring and I became very salty after a while.
