The Thing is pretty much the exact opposite of a good video game.

Every time the creature reveals itself in a new form you think you're going to get a cool boss fight instead they just get torched instantly.
The ending was so anti-climactic.

I had no idea it was possible to have such terrible taste. The ending is fucking fantastic. The Thing is probably the only "Horror" movie I like, they're usually such garbage.
