I remenber some journos saying that this game was going to save the VITA in the West back in 2015
Now it released for every know console one year before the Vita dies

I'm guessing it's because the YouTube video with the alpaca spouting "lemonade", the awful framerate, the shit voice acting, awful music, and terrible combat, basically condensing the game into five minutes and making it a laughingstock.

the game is fascinating
it tries to be so ironic and self-conciouss so hard, that it makes it unironically bad and not self-concious at all.

I think the best part of the YIIK episode was everybody universally shitting on it. Literally the only positive mentions were a few anons trying to do the contrarian thing once everybody hated it.

I actually did like it, the worst thing about the game is that it feels blatantly incomplete because apparently the dev hid a "3rd ending" behind some arbitrary bullshit. Not saying it's the best thing ever but it was unique enough that I liked it.

I still play some TFH.

Yiik has a problem where it just gives up on having functional combat part of the way through the game, the way characters scale is absolutely nonsense. The gold alpaca is basically the final boss.

That combat looks so fucking slow. I like the idea of there being more of a mini-game component instead of just pressing attack, similar to Undertale mixing bullet hell elements, but good god, that's so fucking slow.
