Other countries don't have the output, at least not anymore. French games are quirky and weird, British games are sardonic and full of too many dumb features but still fun sandboxes, Russian game depressing walking sim, swedish games are autistic, German games are about work. No one else makes anything worth mentioning.

Because Japanese devs are so vastly superior that their country alone makes better games than the rest of the world combined. It would make zero sense comparing Spanish games VS Danish games. Who the fuck cares? 90% of non-indie games from the west are irredeemable shit anyway.

China and korea are essentially imitation japan when it comes to art/game styling, so the only reason you think that japan is unique is because you ignore the games from those other countries around japan. The fact that there's really no fucking difference between games produces in any European countries, NA and Oceania is something absolutely miserable.
