It's cheap, doesn't miss on important releases, the cloud actually works there, it has backward compatible games, Xbox live gold and gamer pass can both offer you great games for extremely cheap, you can switch regions to get games early or promotions from other stores because it's region free, comfy controller, convenient for video apps and streaming channels, the next generation will carry over with your stuff.

The fact that I can play my 360 library and the console was less than €200 sold me on the console. And it doesn't miss on important games like RDR2, KH3, DMCV, RE2 and Sekiro.

Speaking as an idort there is no reason. Any big multi plat releases I want to play I get on PC (Sekiro for example). I have the PS4 for exclusives (BB, GoW, Spiderman, GR, nothing else basically), and I'll get a Switch eventually (probably for Metroid Prime 4, but I fell for the Wii U meme so I already own most of its library).
All the Xobo has is a smattering of exclusives I'm not interested in (Halo5, Gears4, Kinect shit). I'm not interested in the backwards compatibility stuff because I still have my 360 and it still works. Plus like the only game I would ever want to replay on it is Fable 2.

Exclusives don't move consoles anymore. PS4 vs Xbone was all about one vs the other at the start (both launched with lackluster exclusives). PS4 won out the gate because Xbone bungled horribly with E3, and the higher price due to the Kinect paperweight. The rest of the generation was pretty much decided from there because people are going to game on the same platforms as their friends, and everyone bought a PS4 at the start.
Nintendo is different. They don't rely on exclusives anymore, but rather a unique concept which entices people. For proof their exclusives don't matter I point to the GCN (amazing library of exclusives) and the Wii U (also a great exclusive library before the Switch poached it, but notably no multi plats).

Xbone is basically a 1080p Ninja Gaiden Black machine.
