There's not enough ingame evidence to suggest that Kass is, without any reasonable doubt, married. People just take everything about that aspect of him at face value and don't see the underlying ambiguity to it. BotW isn't afraid to dabble in subtle unconventional sexuality, and Kass is another instance of this. With the ingame evidence, you can only say that he could be married, not actually married.
With that said, I am, without a doubt, married to Kass. So he is with me, my relationship with him supersedes his former wife's.
I can give you that.

I don't want to have my personal life ruined just because I love Kass. In order for me to live a long, peaceful and happy life with Kass, I need to be a respectable member of society. As such, I've completely disconnected my Kass love from my real life.
