Snake moveset was made back in 2006-2008, I think Sakurai just didn't wanted to change the moveset for ultimate, after bayonetta and duck hunt things are different, I totally see Heavy using his kind of cartoony minigun

you're not supposed to jump the shark like that, people who run idling bots at all are retards because of the changes to the drop-system that happened years ago and trading bots don't actually have to be in the game to trade anymore. robots playing the game are insanely easy to best if they're not wallhacking or speedhacking. there is nothing suggesting a significant portion of tf2's current playerbase is automated

Melee weapons = pan, conscientious objector, necro smasher, etc

HTH Combat = literal fighting, wrestling, etc

Gloves = has different gloves with different properties and can be used for different things

he has a lot of moveset potential, I mean, there are characters in smash with less than that and have great movesets

You don't really need to make shit up for Heavy, do something like down-B that switches between his gloves Monado-style for a passive boost roughly approximating what they do in TF2 and his basic attacks and move-speed are affected
>KGB - attacks go out more slowly, KOing a character with the KGB gives Heavy a crit-glow that increases his damage output
>GRU - Heavy becomes much faster at the cost of constant tap-damage to himself
>Fists of Steel - heavy damage-resistance to projectile weaponry like Fox's blaster, increased damage from melee attacks

I'm sorry, I just don't find "he can hit people, use one of his gloves that are used to hit people to hit people, or use one of the cosmetic melees which function the same as his fists to hit people" to be very compelling.
