what are some good survival/base building and overrall good multiplayer games to play with friends? we already played minecraft starbound terraria and proyect zomboid and i cant seem to find good ones

minecraft is pretty good in terms of base building but survival is pretty easy. Unless you get a mod to make it harder

I've been playing Conan Exiles and it's fun i guess, i don't have friends to play it with though
Other players do though since i see them making huge bases together then they come and bully me for getting too close to it

is it weird that playing minecraft sort of makes me feel like i have four arms? i know people usually play it because of the building/surviving/etc but i love playing minecraft because it makes me feel like i have four arms, for example two of my arms are controlling the character and the other two are in the game but they're also mine. i don't get this with ANY other first person game except for doom, which is weird because doomguy is an amputee.

every time i bring it up with someone nobody has any clue what the fuck i'm saying, but it's just how i feel. anyways yeah sorry OP just wanted to rant

was planning to post the same thread, im looking for a likewise game to minecraft/7 days to die and etc

BUT with decent monster spawning?
minecraft has a problem of your new map having a decent chance to be absolute uninhabited, in terms of spawning animals. and the monters are pretty easy to take care of.
then in 7daystodie, the beginning is a bit too steep. sure late game zombies are easy to deal with but the starting days is a make or break situation where youre just fucked because you have nothing to loot or cant live off anything

im looking for an open world survival game where the game eases you in at the start but at the same time, late game would still have a decent difficulty and not have it be a braindead cakewalk
