I haven't bought an EA Sports game since Madden 2005. I think the last EA game I bought was Mass Effect 2.

At this point I honestly think EA is too big to fail. No matter how hard they fuck up, they just keep making MORE money, not less.

The censorship has no factor at all in lost sales, it's actually the company being liable for predatory practices with fantasy sports schemes and loot boxes. This was what EA was relying to make unimaginable amount of money for the foreseeable future, but that window is starting to close. They can go back to making halfway decent games but they have to purge their existing work force to built a team who at least try to make games again.

What happened to all the other sports franchises? I've never been into sports, but I played a decent amount of the games as a kid with friends. What happened to shit like Quarterback Club, Triple Play, Face Off, or the arcade sports like NFL Blitz or NBA Jam? Now it seems like you have the one licensed franchise and that's it.
