What’s the best items? I’ve got the instant noodles and I bunch of the best food from the glam burger shop but most of that still only heals half my health. And everytime I heal myself a little I get fucked up again next turn and the battle isn’t even progressing because I’m just healing every turn until I’m out of items. Fuck

I agree, Undertale needs an easy mode.

get the dog residue and make sure you have the pie and instant noodles, dog residue has the chance give a full heal. Also get good at dodging certain attacks, once you know you can get a few without being hit you get a free attack/heal on that turn. Also do you have any trouble with certain attacks? If so what ones, there are certain ways to dodge them easily.

This. Just trial and error. It took me a long fucking time too but the winning run eventually came. You'll eventually get familiar with all of his attacks, even the big one, and it's then when your chance will begin to show.

ok that's gonna be an issue, did you get the instant ramen? it's a full heal as well.
Dog residue is good for refilling used healing items and getting free heals during the gap between the first and second phase so keep one on hand but otherwise just stick with hero sandwiches and whatnot.
For the attack, there's not much I can say, try going in the direction the bones are moving to give yourself more time to jump.

Sans is the only difficult boss in the game. That was one of the things that disappointed me about undertale. You have a cool unique concept and you don't expand on it at all, forcing the player to get better and better at bullet hell. We could have had multiple bosses as difficult as this guy. Sadly the only one who even comes close is Undyne.
