Never. Fromsoft tried making a Tenchu game and wound up making an action derivative of the Souls games instead because it was too hard for them to manage. The only way another Tenchu will exists is if K2 approaches Fromsoft about a co-development of it (Given they're literally, factually incapable of doing it themselves, see:sekiro) which will also never happen because K2 got eaten by Capcom forever ago and no longer makes its own decisions. Fromsoft will also never approach Capcom or K2 for co-development of a new Tenchu themselves either, otherwise sekiro wouldn't have existed and we'd have a new Tenchu right now.
Rikimaru and Tenchu are dead and gone OP. Its time to come to grips with it.
