There was a series of rpgmaker 2k3 games called Dooms.
It was really fucking edgy. They included pedophillia, rape, caniballism, black magic, guro, genital mutilation and all the disgusting shit a 15 year old boy with internet access could get.

Probably Postal 1, but nowadays 'edge' usually goes hand in hand with words like 'campy' or 'bad' but Postal 1 isn't bad. It's generally pretty effective without being too hokey. The loading screen art is still frightening to me.
