i think you're conflating what you think is wrong based on your understanding. in the game's context it can be believed that joseph is acting on the same authority as jesus. in that context, because that authority is the creator, joseph can't actually do any 'wrong'. the example i gave about Jesus illustrates that even though Jesus did something that violated the money lender, it was done on the highest authority, thus making it right.

Joseph Sneed is one of the best vidya antagonists, prove me wrong.
