They're mandatory, in or out of the country.

Food isn't too bad, but it's all laden with pesticides that Big Ag is trying to convince everyone don't cause cancer. Healthcare is a mess full of high deductibles and hospitals constantly changing what's in and out of network.

Well I defaulted on $27k of credit cards and payday loans and general loans over 1 1/2 years ago and my parents haven't received even a letter about it yet. Although I'm an ultra poorfag right now, before I quit my job I was only making $19k a year before taxes so I don't even think my wages could even be garnished. Seemed dumb to me to keep paying a debt that would take several hundred years to pay off at the minimum payments so I just stopped.
