Pretty sure the idea is that they're figuring out whose breasts are fake and whose are real using that plastic thing. He just asks the chubby one if they're fake which she denies, then he just takes her word for it and points out that "those are natural no matter how you look at it" after his co-host tells him to test them properly.
That's why he quickly prods them at the end, it's just "alright done moving on".

I'd say it's good, gameplay is quite the grind but I found the combat a lot of fun and you can even play as the bad guy. Very few games do that and do it so well. Just playing as Lucid alone is worth it. Music is also very good along with the story. It was also written by the same guy who wrote Persona 1 and 2.

So lemme see if I understand this game.
A vocaloid trapped a fuckton of people in a virtual world through unspecified means and they're all reliving their highschool days if they aren't still in highschool at the moment. Some have their normal bodies while others are changed into what they want to be or what they idealize. Most of them, however, are unaware of what's happening to them as if they were brainwashed or something. However, some of them "wake up" and are trying to escape through various means (no, dying doesn't work) and have formed a "going home club" which is a play on what japanese students call people without club activities. Meanwhile, a bunch of other woken-up fags don't want to leave, and they formed some kind of music club which worships this vocaloid that's trapping them there. And they consist mostly of trannies and old people who enjoy being kids again.
Also, some of these woken-up people have awakened their persona, only instead of a persona, they get a dumb-looking weapon. So now one club is trying to hunt down and kill that vocaloid while the musicfags are trying to keep everyone stuck in that world because reasons.
Is that about right?

Very occasional crashes, not so smooth fps generally and in certain bigger areas it feels like it could just fall apart any second. Also the fans were loud as hell, something I've not experienced before on Switch. Maybe in Dark souls? All this while docked.
