It was on some french website which had lots of flash games awas pretty popular back when I was 11 years old. The site had categories and one of them was labeled "Scary". I went there and the first game I tried was a game where you were shown a picture of a cozy little room and you had to find what was wrong with the picture and after a while would pop up.

All it did was make me smirk and then I decided to try another one. Big mistake. A pop song was playing and lyrics where scrolling and you were told to focus real hard on the text. Of course exorcist girl showed up after a while and it scared the shit out of young me and kinda traumatised me. Now I'm 24 and still get tiny goosebumps whenever I see her on the Internet although it is getting better with years..

Haven't looked at it since I was a kid, but I remember it being a comic you read, and one of the panels had a zombie dude that had his head turned away from the screen, but after a second or two he would turn around and it would be a screamer.
