It does, they're split archives and there is literally nothing wrong with that. Scene always has a reason for stuff even if it's not immediately apparent to brainlets. For example if something is double packed, ie split archived zips inside split archived rars, that's to prevent shit-tier AV from auto-deleting the files because of a false positive on one of the executables like the keygen or crack or even just an unknown .exe it doesn't have a hash for yet.
