I like them in theory but in practice they're usually trash

You can still shoot at them, there's just less of a penalty for missing. And you will miss once those stacks start rolling in.

I would say Doppleganger is the best if you like to be a solofag

user, she has skills that make bullets ricochet TOWARD enemies. Not ricochet, they HOME IN on enemies when ricocheting. It becomes a point where missing as her is Good.

Best at Solo, though.

The only shit class in TPS is the huntress. They never even finished the unique dialogue responses that NPCs are supposed to give her.

I started playing BL2 thanks to the Handsome Collection being on sale, is Krieg the new Brick? Brick was my man in BL1.

I run shock/sniper Gaige with the maliwan Storm and it tears shit up. I like to run between 100 to 200 stacks of anarchy for a good balance of accuracy for the rifle and damage. Seeing a Rabid Skag just melt from the DoT I put on him is sweet. This is unpatched btw.

Closest thing you will get to Brick

Krieg for Brick melee, Axton for explosive / rocket launcher play, Salvador for memes and getting in peoples faces.

Sorta. He has a melee focused super but generally has a lot of differences and is pretty unique.
Really depends what build you do, but going down the one that ends with the badass mode is somewhat similar to Brick I suppose.

Her English voice was such highs add lows. She had a lot of cute lines but also some terrible ones.

Yeah surprisingly well, best with friends or a small group, even a fresh save isn't bad. You can also play public online, but enjoy getting no loot. The memes aren't even that invasive, the cutscenes or story segments/replayed parts can get annoying though the 3rd/4th time around.

First HH: Pretty fun but not much reward
Second HH: Boring, the worst of the bunch
Third HH: Best place to farm for general loot
Fourth HH: Very fun and good loot
Fifth HH: The biggest one, has a raid boss

Overall, i'd say the last three are the ones you should get if you want more content

Torgue ar's and shotguns are great with Axton or Krieg. Zero's bullet speed increase mitigates a lot of Torgue's negatives, and because the projectiles are big it plays very well with bore. Torgue also does wonders with converge and chain reaction on Maya. And amany of the Torgue legendarys are very good too.

The laser doesn't scale very well. The shield recharge one is just broken and random. But if you satck a bunch of movement speed and melee attack buffs and then start putting stacks of upshot robot on him, then he will wreck shit and it's hilarious.

Honest play them whenever you want. Just watch out for getting overleveled, and Crawmerax might be too much on a first playthough. A lot of people like to visit Marcus's mercenary shop early and often.

You can do them at anytime for XP and loot. I'm pretty sure they scale to the level you enter them with.

I've been playing Athena but the animations for the shield feel janky after having used the shield in Destiny 2 which I get isn't a fair comparison but goddamn that move felt good. Especially the shield throw.

Torgue shotguns are the best. I got one that fired 12 shots at one go, it would lag the computer if all 12 hit the enemy at close range.

Brick is also constantly healing, doesn't need to hurt himself on a regular basis and can berserk near infinitely. But yeah, Krieg is Brick 3.0

When I played through TPS some years ago, the base characters at least were good fun but the rest of the game was fairly weak. Are Jack and this Baroness any good?
