It's not even 2k16. It's the newest one, 2k19. And we're sticking to it for now, i think i can milk it for a while longer if i push myself.
Also, XCOM is comfy as fuck and it reminds me of how fun wrasslin' was. It's coming back in either 2 or 3 weeks, i'll see about that next friday. So expect Season 2 to start on the 19th or 26th.

The point of Xcom is to minimize any chances of RNG fucking you up, but he methodically takes shit shots with like 40% to 60% chance instead of prioritizing sure damage with explosives/flanking/high ground
He's played the strategic game like trash as well, ideally you'd be taking on as many missions as possible but with the constant losses and pushbacks he's got trash equipment at a powerspike point of the game.
It's literally sink or swim for the next mission for the whole campaign.
