Have you ever bought random steam keys?
Have you ever bought random steam keys?
Only once because I had a few cents left over. I got the underrated gem "The God's Chain".
Nah I don't like to gamble and even if I did there is so much shovelware on Steam that I will probably just get shit anyway
Considering the odds of getting something I would actually like is one in a thousand, it would be much cheaper to simply browse until I find that game and buy it for less than 100 random keys.
They are not really "random" they take out 99.9% of the good keys and you only get garbage
this. have to be a dirt poor brainlet to buy random keys
I thought about doing it back when it was worth it, but these days I would never.
i did for my first time the other day and can't say im ever gonna do it again. only costed me $5 dollars though.
so who wants a game? just say what you want and your steam ID or email and ill send it
Can I get Geometry Wars? [email protected]
no because I get them from Yea Forums
got tacoma but I'm never ever going to play it
got a bunch of different games too
>he actually sent it
Thanks man. You should hold on to Paranautical Activity, that game is actually pretty solid.
yeah it was the only game i ever heard when i was checking them. might try it out.

Can I have Time Recoil, please?

>It was real
thank you user, you are my greatest ally
I haven't bought random Steam keys, but I have purchased plenty of indie bundles, and I've gotten a lot of fun games that way. If you get out of the normie mindset of "every game must provide $59.99 (plus tax) worth of fun" then even bundle trash can be entertaining enough to justify what an indie bundle costs. Open-minded or not, if you're spending $3 or less then it's hard to go wrong. I mean, the absolute worst-case scenario is that you wasted $3 or less.
Fanatical sells random keys sometimes, and the main reason I don't buy them is that I've already bought so many bundles from Fanatical that I'm afraid my random keys will be repeats. I've seen Fanatical recycle games enough times to know how likely it is. So I'd rather stick to non-random bundles, impulsively buying every sub-$2 bundle containing 3 or more non-anime games I don't already have.

I'm interested in cally's caves [email protected]
can i have paranautical activity please?
[email protected]
user said sent and he did it, the absolute madman
sent ;)
sorry i decided to keep this one, didn't look at the gameplay trailer before trying to discard it
why the fuck is this a thing
what is wrong with you faggots
What other people do with their money bothers you?
On that note, if you're tempted to buy random Steam keys, consider these non-random keys instead:
>fanatical.com
$1.00 for Rebel Galaxy, Grey Goo, and Chaos Reborn. Rebel Galaxy alone is worth $1.00; I don't know about the others.
>fanatical.com
$2.99 for Blades of Time, Rune Classic, and some other shit that might be good. Blood Knights is aggressively mediocre so don't get excited about it, but it's a co-op game, if you're into that.
>fanatical.com
$2.99 for The Sexy Brutale, Beholder, and others. The Last Door is shit except for the soundtrack, but maybe some of the other more obscure games are interesting. I actually want to play The Invisible Hours, but I'm not buying this bundle because I already have all of the other interesting games in it.
You're still buying this shit at your own risk, in any case. I think some of these games are good but you shouldn't just take my word for it. Watch a few minutes of gameplay footage or whatever.
yes it does
oh ok, mind if i have coffin dodgers instead then?
[email protected]
How unfortunate for you.
gambling is for low iq mutts
the thing that annoys me about bundles and random keys is that they bloat up your steam library and Id have to make a folder for all the trash I dont actually wanna play
Some of the fanatical gambling bundles are worth it because you can get 60 dollar games for 5-10 dollars like Hitman 2 gold edition
I'm not doing it. But I don't care if other people do it because it's not my money.
sent ;)
>100 Bad Rats keys
>buy a random Steam key for $1
>best case: "wow I got a good game"
>worst case: "oh, I got bad game, I guess I lost $1"
It's really, REALLY, not a big deal, user.
Also, it's a thing because it activates the part of the human brain that likes gambling, and also you get a video game.
based
I'm pretty sure that you can literally remove games from your Steam library these days. I haven't done it, because I don't give a fuck, but I think it's an option.
You can but I just keep it all in Buyer's Remorse.
this one didn't go through so if someone wants time recoil i might still have the copy
I'll try [email protected]

sorry, a little too late, want anything else?
no
What's left?
assuming everyone i sent redeemed their code then just two things:
PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate
and
Baseball Riot
where do I buy random steam keys?
absolutely based, ty user
if you want good value, try fantaical.
fanatical.com
they also have really good bundles
Thanks user for PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate. :)
can i have that baseball game [email protected]
No i mean like random ones.
"""""""random"""""""
fanatical.com
use your eye holes man

gift user here, i gave all of my keys, thanks guy because those were just gonna sit there forever. hope you guys enjoy.
on the contrary user, thank you for sharing
>costed
>also prone to scams
like pottery
its not really random if i have to pick a genre
what scam?
these "random" game key sites already aren't "random"
the chance of finding a game above $40 is very unlikely
ok but I never said I was looking for over 40 dollars I said random.
but there is a chance, at least with fanatical. never ever do the g2a bundles, those are the scam ones, there's nothing premium in them
You mostly get absolute trash an old humblebundle keys.
they are not random, just a bunch of 1cent shovelware games you will never actually play
I did it before. mostly 50 cent games that sometimes even get removed from steam, not worth.
but anyway if you're looking to make your games count higher on steam there are bots. you can turn trading cards or items into gems and trade them like 200 gems for 20 games, or something, i don't remember the exact rate. but it's really cheap.
Nope. Cause I know over half of them will be hidden object hunt.
>sorry i decided to keep this one
Paranautical is actually fairly enjoyable for a 3D Rogue-lite. Short, fast runs, nothing spectacular by any means, but fun.
