The story pacing should have been a bit different, fucking around in the last 3-4 zones makes you lose a sense of urgency. They should have rewritten the Sawtooth Cauldron and Arid Nexus parts to be before Where Angels Fear to Tread.

A large amount of it's absurdism falls flat and comes across as pure random and quickyness.

Otherwise the game has a good amount of gems that I find pretty enjoyable, stuff like Brick congratulating you on jumping off a giant building, scooters intro, the tiny tina when Salvador is happy about the enemies being midgets like he is.

Burch is the one responsible for the SJW shit. And not the ridiculous meme shit /pol/ types see in the clouds, but actual honest to god SJW shit. The Pre-Sequel is almost unplayable due to how often it keeps getting shoved in your face, which creates a pretty terrible dissonance when you’re playing characters who 4/6 are straight up villains.

Borderlands 2 has more content and better classes though. I'd say the games are about equal, but it's easy to get burnt out with either of them since they're basically single player/co-op MMO's.

The humor cones off as kind of forced. It feels like they are trying really hard to suprise or shock you with the jokes. This can work for some people who see LOL RANDUM XD but for other people it won't even stir a chuckle. It's hit or miss.
