I guess a fleet-based MOBA. Pick an admiral, get some unique abilities, and build your fleet as you go, trading buying items for buying additional ships, or trading in your flagship for a larger one.
It wouldn't be able to be your traditional 3 lane thing, though. Probably multiple interconnected maps with lots of NPC ships to conquer at various planets, each planet giving a bonus, scouting probes to separate maps, ect.
Interesting and unique, so no one would play it and just play LoL again and buy slut skins for waifus.
God, MOBAs could be so much more, and we're stuck trying to recreate DotA dozens of times.
