You might as well give the killer Aura Sight of the whole map. 10m is a lot bigger than you think with current hook density, and it's not like he needs to see you much if your aura is lighting up every two seconds.

I made that back in December Pre Legion I'm pretty sure, but yeah current hook density might need some tweaks
Though it is a hex perk so the counter is always just break it.
