I've been avoiding Yea Forums for weeks and know literally nothing about this game but I've just arrived at Ashina Castle Gate and helped the tall guy out with the "rats"
Anyways, so far this is one of the best experiences I've had with a game in my life. This is fully recapturing the feeling of playing Dark Souls for the first time, having to put the controller down and wait it out after every boss because my heart is pounding so hard. The combat and movement are perfect changes to the Souls formula. Okay back to avoiding everything

even with the addition of grapplehook and no pvp/coop which adds points, no it's not.

Nah, it's good. Definitely better than DS2 and 3, better than DeS. Maybe as good as DS1, but BB is still the best one.
