As far as I'm aware Meloetta is wearing more things. Besides, it's a sketch.

Don't worry about the dino, was updated and simplified. Planning to go for the Gen1 route so I expect some of the concepts to look similar to other stuff. Not a bad thing tho.

His dino looks more like Feraligatr to me. It has a similar back arch and spikes, it's just the hunched-over posture that resembles a T-rex more.
