And that picture is totally valid. You get responses within a day from epic, in regards to customer response, and they usually resolve your issue, whereas I've got fucking steam tickets about when they lost my god damned account info in 2011, that are STILL OPEN.

Lies. Iv used steam support over the decade Iv had steam. Every time I get a timeley response at a reasonable time frame. Iv never been shafted by steam, they even refunded a game I had over 2 hours in. Fuck off

2. It's not about being pro-epic, it's about control. Games journalists have spent years telling valve how it should be run and what they should do and they never listened even once. Epic seems like the malleable "we apologise for any offence caused we will remove the offending material and try to do better" types.
