Apparently there's some new legendaries, the final boss is tweaked and some new (recycled from old meshes) cosmetics and some QOL things like a minimap. Nothing too special, but I'm enjoying going back to it.

That said, I did not remember the first Borderlands being this good. The gun sounds are fantastic and meaty, the world has more detail, shit I didn't remember you can blow individual limbs off of enemies and shoot their corpses into pieces. It really feels like there's more attention to detail than BL2.

I always prefered BL 1 to 2 but I was just asking because even if I enjoy it more, the hassle of getting to retards to play with you and progress at the same time every time is a pain in the ass, that and it gets a little bland after a couple hours.

I had more fun playing the first game than the sequel.
Although I also played it with a friend at the time...

I fucking hated playing Borderlands 2 and I got that for free and got guilt tripped into playing it with some good friends.
Usually I love coop and don't mind if we get games for each other, but BL2 was fucking hot trash, wastd 50 hours of my life on this

I do wish they would've added a little bit of color vibrance, even if I prefer the dusty environments over the mishmash of BL2. It's way more moodier and I actually feel like I'm traversing the same landscape between loading screens.

That said the first one is also wayyy tougher in the beginning. I had to do every single side quest before I could fuck up Bonehead.
