silent patch lad. only major issue is playing at high fps breaks the physics in a few select parts of the game, but you can easily go down to 30fps for those and back up to 60 when you finish them.

Reason I read is that it has issues with cards over 4GB, that's retarded, and it says you have to set your card to 2GB. I'm not gonna fucking do that everytime just to play one game.

Yeah, some games have issues, but it's like 5%, and most of them are old titles you can't even play on a current gen console either. Still, if you really want to play it, doing enough research will get you on track.
If EVERYTHING fails (not likely), you can always resort to emulators. There's always a way.
