One of the top three decks at the moment and with an impending banlist which will probably only hit the other two decks it's a really safe investment. The deck is cheap and requires just a few cards from outside the structure deck.

Pretty solid deck for $30 if you can get it at that price, you do need some cards from the Savage Strike set to make it work though. Fusion of Fire, Sunlight Wolf and obvious deck fillers like Monster Reborn, etc.

It's a trap card, so it has to be really strong, since you can't play those immediately and they get destroyed by anything.

Lunalights is a near-generic beatdown deck. Meta and cheap would belong to Salamangreats right now. Cubics could also fit the bill if you're creative enough.

It's a sidedeck card at best because it's far too slow because it's a trap card, it would just get removed from the field before you could activate it.
Another reason is because it relies on your opponent to negate something you control, it's more valuable to have cards to help you reach your win condition instead

The issue with cards like these is that even with an effect as strong as that one, it still requires your opponent to play a very specific set of cards, which makes it very inconsistent at best and why no one runs it competitively.

Need it to Synchro Summon. Synchro Summoning is just adding the levels of two or more monster together and summoning a new card whose level matches the sum, however one of the monster needs to be a Tuner Monster.

They are long time rival tribes frequently having wars between.
