The arcade is constantly updated meaning that while its a 9 year old game, it's still has a lot of content.
And this game as everything the arcade has from SDBH1 to Universe Mission 1. OG content that was also available on DBH Ultimate Mission 1, 2 and X was indeed cut.

There's a bunch of dlc slots in the steam database so probably. It would make sense for them to at least add expansions until UM5 so they can get Super Broly into the game and it's also the end of a story arc.
