Why is this battle track so great
this and divine dragon are the best themes in the game
>Sekiro OST
not gonna even click that ear rape
YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
What a pointless opinion
Sekiro is so much better with music turned off.
Cuz the battle is great user
I think the one element missing from these tracks that stop them from being memorable are vocals.
They lack energy. They have no punch. No rhythm. No reason. It's just sloppy, generic shit. The composer should've not strayed so far away from her comfort zone.
at first I didn't like the ost as much as the other games but there are quite a few tracks that changed my opinion
this is my favorite

You shura scum
how did we go from THIS youtube.com
That's a great boss theme for sure, but the boss itself is a joke.
Now this boss theme on the other hand elevates the boss fight, which is already dope as fuck.

That's got nothing on Ludwig theme
Heck even Gascoignes one is better
Don't think either were composed by Kitamura
Best Soulsborne theme coming through.
I believe a gaijin made most of BB's music, but Kitamura was involved.
>not star wars ayylmao theme

I think the downside of sekiro’s ost is that it is played for every counter, or even everytime the enemy is in caution mode. It’s part of the stealth mechanic i guess but the overwhelming amount of ost blaring does the ost get too repetitive. You only get background music for boss fight or special places in soulborne game
All Kitamura tracks sound the same. Drums in genichiros theme are pretty great though.
And also want to add that most of sekiro ost is too fast paced so they blend in into each other after a while
Is there a way to turn off music during enemy encounters but keep the boss themes?
The only track that really stuck with me is whenever you fight supernatural foes
