fucking hellp sekiro is going my head in, ive realised i find open world games stressful, which path do i take? i can handle having to gid gud but not this choice shit.

Combat is extremely shit. Enjoy the first half of the game while you can, the latter part is almost all combat. Once you get overpowered enough you can breeze by so fast it isn't really a problem, but it still sucks.

It really isn't dude, I'm sorry. Gunplay is godawful especially since a lot of enemies are melee and knock you around when you're trying to shoot, and using disciplines stops you from firing for way too long. Melee isn't as bad especially if you have protean or potence to back you up, but it still boils down to just clicking on enemies.

Just finished Sekiro, I think I'll go back and actually finish Nioh.

Just finished a Ventrue run, it was pretty bad. I could get through most of the combat by stunning or suiciding shmucks with dominate, and I cheesed Ming with a flamethrower. I could not for the life of me beat the sheriff without cheating, I might go back and try again but it was just too much.

I always like seeing love for Darkwood. Project zomboid was a bit boring for me though.

I haven’t played anything like it, I’ll say that much. It’s hard as balls and doesn’t pull any punches. I think the best part is discovering game mechanics and interactions, and overcoming obstacles all on your own. It requires some patience but It’s worth it to persevere. Might be one of the best games I’ve ever played desu.

yeah the gameplay is surprisingly good (its my first playthrough), but my biggest complaint is the lack of a radar so I'm forced to play the guessing game of each enemy's vision. that plus the moment Quiet gets a suppressed tranq sniper it takes 0 effort, or planning to get Foxhound on every mission.

Yeah. Late game I started using the bottom tier downgraded weapons and fatigues for more challenge and that's what made the game for me.

Had that problem too. Usually managed to do it by launching it one time, it crashes before going into one of the game you choose. Then you open up the game again and it should work.

I played like 15 minutes and was bored by how easy it was, need to use a cheat code or something to unlock hard mode so I haven't gone back to it for the moment. I've heard it's a pretty good SOTN clone though.
